Danny Litovski is the new Head Chef of Pacman Restaurant at Andronis Arcadia. Raised in Crete, his culinary philosophy is rooted in purity, seasonality, and respect for exceptional Greek ingredients. Shaped by experience in some of the world’s most acclaimed Michelin-starred kitchens, he brings a contemporary fine dining approach that allows each ingredient to express its true character, creating a refined and authentic gastronomic experience.
